What is your consulting experience?

I have been consulting since 2015. I started with digital marketing, website, and branding consulting across diverse industries (fashion, convenience stores, law firms, real estate). I then pivoted into consulting for nonprofit organizations (fundraising, marketing strategy).

More recently I have been leading marketing, sales, and business development strategies for various start-up companies (medical device, AI, social networking groups).

I’m also working with local business leaders who want to automate their sales and marketing processes— building a seamless runway for growth and AI integrations.

What types of medtech products have you worked with?

I’ve managed diagnostic capital equipment (510k), neuroendovascular implants (Class III), vascular access devices (510k), as well as healthcare SaaS and AI solutions.

Do you have any advanced degrees or qualifications?

I have my MBA from UC Irvine and many years of leading profitable teams in various industries (digital marketing, athletics, nonprofits, MedTech, F&B).

I also spent much of my 20’s working at luxury hotels and managing fine dining restaurants— I know how premium brands and high-end leadership feels.

Additionally, I am a certified Reiki practitioner and am on the leadership teams of multiple community organizations (AI, MedTech, Nonprofits).

Depending on the project, I may be the sole person working with your company, or I may leverage my extensive network to build a team. I will ensure that you have the right experts working to drive the success of your project.

how does your consulting pricing work?

I customize pricing packages to fit your company’s needs and budget. We can go as small or as large as you need. I charge by project and not by hour so that you are only paying for results and not wasted time.

how does your coaching pricing work?

For individuals, coaching is sold in monthly packages of either two, four, or eight sessions per month. For companies, coaching is sold as a monthly retainer for a maximum number of hours.
